My Kind of Yoga which encourages participants to make the practice "their kind of Yoga" through a simple, straight-forward approach loosely based on Vinyasa Flow and taught in a modern, no-fluff style. Dynamic movement and Yoga poses flow with breath creating a fully immersive mind-body experience.
No previous experience of fitness classes, Pilates or Yoga needed. You don't even need to be flexible! Our classes are beginner friendly and suitable for all ability levels.
We offer a choice of convenient monthly Direct Debit membership packages. Classes, Payment Options and Booking Instructions can be seen on the "Class Info and Booking" page of this website.
1:1 Coaching and Nutrition Packages
We offer three different 1:1 Personal Coaching packages to suit most individual requirements and budgets:

Fusion Plan - A flexible approach to 1:1 Coaching
VIP Plan - A fully comprehensive 1:1 plan
The Fusion and VIP Plans are 12 week programmes with a pre-agreed outcome. If you have followed the plan as instructed and have not reached your goal by the end of the 12 weeks we will provide additional complementary sessions to achieve your desired outcome.

Businesses and Organisations
We offer a range of Wellbeing at Work workshops, short courses and exercise sessions which follow the Government's "5 Steps to Wellbeing". In the workplace this enables businesses and organisations to develop and maintain positive professional relationships for the wellbeing of employees at all levels.
The sessions are designed to help manage stress in the workplace by implementing established resilience strategies. These will empower staff to deliver within their roles, minimise absenteeism and sick leave through stress, promote wellbeing in all aspects of life and support the mission statement of the organisation.
Sessions can be delivered at your workplace or a venue of your choice for your convenience.
Schools and Colleges
Within a school or college community we offer pupils and staff wellbeing sessions. These include:
Pilates sessions to improve mobility, coordination, core and spine strength, balance, stability, breathing and mind-body calmness
Yoga sessions to explore breathing, balance, posture, energy, strength, length, flexibility, mind-body calmness and relaxation
Stretch and Relax classes to calm the mind with mindful breathing and stretches to release tension, improve joint mobility and encourage lengthening of muscles ('growing pains').
Wellbeing sessions to incorporate physical activity, healthy nutrition and self-care practices into a busy daily routine.
