1) What can I expect?

A warm, welcoming atmosphere. Experienced, knowledgeable instructors easily identifiable in F360 kit. Fun sessions suitable for a range of abilities and experience levels. Venues are easily accessible community centres or sessions delivered direct to your school workplace or club for your convenience. All classes are beginner friendly and suitable for all fitness levels.

2) How do I book?

Advance online booking and payment are essential to secure your place in class. Membership packages and classes can be booked from the website or from our mobile app.

3) What about car parking?

All venues have free car parking on site.

4) I've never been and just want to try out the classes?

No problem! Your first class with F360 Hub is free. Please click HERE to register your interest.

 

5) What should I wear? Do I need any special equipment?

We suggest comfortable clothing that you can move around in easily. Trainers, water and a small towel are essential. Please note that socks can be slippery on wooden floors. We suggest trainers, Pilates grippy socks or bare feet. You may wish to bring a small pillow, cushion or towel to place under your head for matwork. A small number of mats are available to borrow (these must be cleaned at the end of class) but we suggest you may wish to purchase your own for personal hygiene / convenience. We have a small stock of new mats available to purchase - please tick the box when booking your class. Any additional equipment needed for the class will be provided.

6) Are there any changing facilities at the venues?

All venues have toilet / changing facilities. Southwater Leisure Centre has shower facilities in addition.

7) Should I eat before my class?

Yes please! To gain the most benefits from your session you should be well fed and hydrated. We suggest eating no later than 1 hour before the start of your class.

8) How early should I arrive?

If possible please aim to arrive 5-10 mins before the class starts, especially if it's your first class with us. This will allow us time to chat with you about the class and your exercise / health history and expectations before the sessions begins. For your own health and safety and to minimise disruption to other participants once the warm up has started we may not allow entry to the class (this will be at our discretion). We know that life can get in the way of best laid plans. If you become aware that you will be delayed or unable to attend on the day simply text your instructor.

9) Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! Exercise is often better shared! We have a Bring A Buddy reward scheme for all members who introduce a friend to our classes.

10) I'd like to subscribe. Are my payment details secure?

Yes! All payments for classes, workshops and subscriptions are made through our online booking system, PayPal and Stripe. These areGoDaddy.com Verified, Secured and HIPAA Compliant for handling sensitive personal and financial information electronically. Our account with Stripe currently only supports credit and debit card payments. 

Card details are processed and stored securely in offline servers by Stripe using SSL encryption which is the industry standard for online purchases or financial transactions. 

As the card payment is made remotely we require the 3 digit CVV code on the back of the card. This is a security feature for "card not present" transactions and protects against the card being used fraudulently, much as the PIN number would if you were using the card in person.

11) Any tips on health, fitness and well-being?
