FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1) What can I expect?

Warm, welcoming classes led by experienced, knowledgeable instructors. Fun sessions suitable for a range of abilities and experience levels. All classes are beginner friendly and suitable for all fitness levels.

2) How do I book a class?

Advance online booking is essential to secure your place in class. For ease of use we suggest booking classes from our free mobile app. Alternatively classes can be booked from our website HERE.

3) How do I get your mobile app?

Download the free Glofox app from your mobile phone app store. Once installed search for the studio F360 Hub on the app home page. Log into the app using the email address and password you used to purchase your membership package from our website. You can book classes and manage your account from the app.

4) How do your online classes work?

When you book your class you will receive a booking confirmation email with an event link. Please keep this email safe as you will need the event link to join the class. Before the class starts click on the event link and you will be directed into the class via a landing page. Our classes are delivered via Zoom. You won't need to download Zoom on your device as you will be joining via our booking system.

5) What should I wear? Do I need any special equipment?

We suggest comfortable clothing that you can move around in easily. Please note that socks can be slippery on certain surfaces. We suggest bare feet, Pilates "grippy" socks or trainers. You may wish to use a small pillow, cushion or towel to place under your head for matwork. The only equipment you will need is a Yoga mat. Starter kits will be available soon from our online store (UK only at present)

6) Should I eat before my class?

Yes please! To gain the most benefits from your session you should be well fed and hydrated. We suggest eating a light meal no later than 1 hour before the start of your class.

7) How early should I arrive?

If possible please aim to arrive 5 mins before the class starts, especially if it's your first class with us. This will allow us time to chat with you about the class and your exercise / health history and expectations before the sessions begins. For your own health and safety and to minimise disruption to other participants once the warm up has started we may not allow entry to the class (this will be at our discretion). We know that life can get in the way of best laid plans. If you become aware that you will be delayed or unable to attend on the day please message your instructor.

8) Why do you use Zoom to deliver your classes?

We use Zoom as we can see our class members and provide meaningful, relevant coaching in real time. This allows members to make improvements to technique and movement more quickly. If you do not wish to be seen you can choose to turn your video camera off. We do not publish the meeting link publicly for additional security. 

9) I'd like to subscribe. Are my payment details secure?

Yes! All payments for classes, workshops and subscriptions are made through our online booking system, GoCardless and Stripe. These areGoDaddy.com Verified, Secured and HIPAA Compliant for handling sensitive personal and financial information electronically.

As the card payment is made remotely we require the 3 digit CVV code on the back of the card. This is a security feature for "card not present" transactions and protects against the card being used fraudulently, much as the PIN number would if you were using the card in person.
